What would it feel like to lift your depression?

It is estimated that 1 in 4 people will experience a major bout of depression in their lifetime. There are many different forms of depression , all of which have psychological , physical and social symptoms. Anyone can become depressed. It can affect people of any age , sex or background.

Can Hypnotherapy help with depression?

There is some debate about this. I have had some very encouraging improvements with clients. I always advise potential clients to talk to their GP’s/Consultant’s, as appropriate, as well as any other treatment provider they are involved with. I would most certainly wish to work in conjunction with them.
