How do I pay?

You can pay online or pay by cash or cheque in the centre at the end of the session. Some sessions and Programmes marked * are payable in advance. When you pay this way, payment will be authorised against your card when you complete the transaction but will not be charged until your appointment has been confirmed.

Cancellation fees

Providing you give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation there will be no charge and a full refund will be given if advance payment has been made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
